Procedure
to request free changes on your website
Customer
is given 1 hour of free maintenance each month for
the first 3 months after their website is published.
Changes and /or additions are limited to text
changes and do not apply to design, layout,
programming or functional changes.
Change
request must be submitted to websupport@almwebpros.com
and in the e-mail subject line place your domain
name.
Identify
the page title you want the changes on. Be specific
and use action words such as replace, add, insert,
delete. Write the exact paragraph/ text as it reads,
then below that write it as you want it updated.
Monthly
1 hr free maintenance cannot be accumulated or
borrowed.
If you
need to speak to a project manager please call 800
252-0234 and request extension 704. Let us know the
best time, for a project manager to contact you, and
discuss your request, in more detail.

project number.

person handling your project will call you back. You may

support with your request. A tech will try to assist you
